Do we accept returns? Yes, we accept returns that meet all the requirements, this is because we want you to have a peaceful shopping experience, if you change your mind for some reason you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.

Requirements: the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you: intact, not used or damaged. An exception is made for personalized orders (such as a pacifier chain with a name) or which fall into the "personalised" category as specified in the item description (tailor-made orders) as they are tailor-made and CANNOT be returned.
