How much is shipping?

Italy shipping at a fixed rate of €3.90 (free for orders of €69.00)
Europe shipping at a fixed rate €8.90
USA shipping at fixed rate $ 25.00

How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

Order processing times are indicated at the beginning of the item description, for items ready for delivery they are 24-48 hours.

For items not ready for immediate delivery, the processing times are indicated at the beginning of the item description, in the case of personalized orders they are communicated via email/chat/message in advance during the order negotiation phase.

If a cumulative order includes both ready-to-ship items and pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items are available for shipping.

For specific cases or special requests, please contact us after placing your order or beforehand if you have any doubts about it.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped via express courier (with tracking number) and shipped within the following times:

-Italy 2-5 working days
- Europe 3-7 working days
- USA 8-12 business days

An exception is made for small items (pacifier chains, teethers, headbands and hair clips if purchased individually or in limited quantities) which are sent via standard mail without tracking code with delivery times of 5 to 10 working days. If these items are added to the cart together with at least one set, a single package will be sent by express courier.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped, you receive an email with the shipping confirmation. The email contains a tracking number in cases of shipment by courier (see exceptions listed above). You can check the status of your order by logging into the site.

Once the order has been sent, however, the actual delivery date may vary due to transport, weather conditions or other factors external to Baby Island and dependent on the express courier, where present the more precise timing is present in the order tracking information

Problems with the order

As a small artisan business, details are our priority and we package everything with care and attention, but a mistake can happen to anyone even though we do our best, so on the off chance that you encounter any factor that doesn't fit the description or issue of any kind, contact us immediately via one of the contacts (contact form, chat, email, social media) As well as if there were any problems with the courier, such as for example your package appears to have been delivered but it is not, or your package contains missing items or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can do all the appropriate checks to give you assistance.
